Description
This theatre, the oldest performing arts venue in Nova Scotia, was originally known as the Liverpool Opera House until 1930, when 'talkies' (films with sound) were introduced. Today it serves as both a movie theatre, playing the current box-office hits, and a live entertainment venue, hosting Canadian and international performers, as well as local plays and concerts.
