April 2008 — "I live in the North East, so rarely do I get a chance to go to this theatre, but it is undeniably the best second-run theatre in Calgary. The theatres are still in great shape, and the management seems to take care of the premises. Also, unlike the Moviedome, this theatre has decent sound systems installed in all the screens. Check it out, if you're nearby."

Featuring stadium-style seating with lots of leg room, Canyon Meadows Cinemas shows second-run films on big screens. The independent theatre's admission prices are less than half that of the city's major studio theatres.
