March 2006 — "Village Square Leisure center has an awesome water park. It has a wave pool, wading pool, ropes, and a number of slides, including its infamous thunder Run (best water slide ever). Fun for kids of all ages, and their parents. "

A fitness centre, a gymnasium and other recreational facilities are located within this Leisure Centre. The site also features a large wave pool with five waterslides (one is as tall as six and a half storeys), a hot tub and a shallow wading pool. Food services are available.
