June 2008 — "Fisherman's Wharf is a fun little spot in Victoria for a simple meal or a stroll around while having an ice cream. A short walk or water taxi ride from Victoria's centre, the wharf is a tiny floating village and is home to Barb's Fish & Chips (a favourite with both locals and tourists) and an assorted mix of charming houseboats, which are interesting to check out. Definitely a highlight for a Victoria visit."

Situated just minutes away from downtown Victoria on the Inner Harbour, Fisherman's Wharf is a tiny but popular area for fish and chips, whale-watching tours and more. The floating village is also home to an eclectic collection of houseboats and is most easily reached via the small Harbour Ferries which circulate regularly.
