August 2010 — "I was at the Banff Centre this year for a four day conference. We did not stay at the centre as we decided to stay right in town, but there was lunch provided for us as delegates for the conference. I have been to many conferences where the food is not always even worth writing a review about, but I was consistently impressed by what the facility was able to produce on such a large scale. There were several hundred people eating a once, between the conference I was attending and the other events on at the facility, where there was always plenty of food. They were also very well organized in being able to provide for this many people without us having to wait more than a minute. It was a buffet style meal, where there were plenty of hot options, as well as salad bar with some great alternatives. Like I said, as far as conference meals go, this really was outstanding and I am hoping this will be pivotal in someone deciding to do a conference here!"
