August 2008 — "I just moved to the N.W. part of Calgary this year, so I had never seen Confederation Park before. I have really enjoyed walking around the park this summer. I'm so glad that a place like this exists in the city. It's so green, peaceful and clean. I love the big pond in the middle. I'm looking forward to seeing the park in the fall. I bet the colours will be beautiful with all the old trees the park has."

October 2007 — "I have been going to Confederation Park for many years now. It is a great park for walking, jogging or having a picnic. It is especially breathtaking during the Fall months as the leaves on the grand and majestic trees are a multitude of vibrant colors. I can see why this lovely park is a popular destination for wedding photographers. "

This urban park is a popular location for wedding photographs because of its vast amount of green space, mature trees, arched bridges, and ponds. Numerous hills located throughout make the park a great place for tobogganing in the winter. The park is also the location of the Confederation Golf Course as well as the annual Lions Club Christmas Light Display, available from December to January.
