Completed in 1984, Petro-Canada Centre’s west tower is the tallest freestanding building in Western Canada. The building consists of 53 floors and stands 215 m (705 ft) tall. The east tower is 130 m (427 ft) tall and offers 33 floors. The set of towers is home to a range of companies and businesses including food retailers, medical services, and major corporations.
