Opened in 1987, Pavan Park is located at the north edge of Lethbridge and features a variety of recreational opportunities. Park attractions found here include the John Martin Recreation Area, Madame Jeanne Sauve Picnic Area, Pavan Equestrian Area and many trails.

Open Minds Walk and Run

Schizophrenia Society of Alberta, Lethbridge and Area branch is pleased to announce the first annual Open Minds Walk and Run, August 14th in Pavan Park. Open Minds Walk and Run will raise funding for programs and services for individuals with schizophrenia and their families. This event will consist of a 2.5 km fun run, a 5 km walk and run and a 10 km run. This will be followed by a party in the park including a BBQ and entertainment. This is a great opportunity to come out and enjoy the summer with friends and family or as an individual, while supporting a good cause.
