May 2009 — "Wow, am I ever happy to have found a studio as fantastic as Alive. Everything is new and modern, and the staff is very genuine. I felt very cared for and appreciated. I have recently started training three times a week with Casey. She has been a trainer for 14 years and even though it's only been 2 weeks since I started with her I feel like a new person! She is motivating and educational. She makes me sweat hard and I love every second of it (I never thought I'd say such a thing!). I am a 39 year old mother of 2, and have never been seriously involved in a workout program before. I was sick of feeling fat and never having energy so a friend of mine convinced me to try personal training. My only regret is I wished I had started years ago!"

November 2007 — "Wow, I simply cannot say how much I love training at the ALIVE studio. All of their trainers focus on core strengthing and get me to move all over the place. I have always been active but can honestly say I've never been in better shape in my life than after only a month of training with these guys. the studio is super clean and well lit. All the equipment is brand new. they only do one-on-one training so it's never packed. Plus it's right by my work (south of downtown)! i won't go anywhere else."
