June 2007 — "You don't have to be an expert on British classics to appreciate the Bronte Parsonage Museum in Yorkshire. Home to the Bronte sisters - of Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights fame - the museum is housed in the parsonage where the sisters grew up and the surrounding moors are those of Wuthering Heights. As a bonus, the village of Haworth is so twee and quaint that it seems impossible it isn't a museum itself."

Haworth, a quainter-than-quaint village on the Pennine Moors in Yorkshire, is best known as the home of the Bronte sisters and tourists can see where the famous literary works were written by visiting the historic Bronte Parsonage, now a museum. The museum hosts several Bronte Society events throughout the year and welcomes groups and advanced bookings. Open year round except during holidays.
