Held annually at the end of August, the Melbourne Writers' Festival brings writers and readers together for this ten-day event. Readings, interviews, and panel discussions attract readers and writers from around the world. Guests have included Pulitzer, Booker, and Nobel prize winners. Events take place at Federation Square and at various venues around the city.

ADEC will again be proudly presenting ArtAbility® to the public, with support from the City of Melbourne.
The exhibition will be located at The Atrium, Federation Square, as it has been in years past. This exhibition unites a range of talented artists of all ages from a variety of cultures.
This year’s theme is Freedom, and we are eagerly anticipating interpretations of this theme, presented in a variety of mediums including paintings (oil, acrylic, ink), sketches, sculptures, tapestries, photographs and poetry.
