Nose Creek Park covers a large area in the center of Airdrie. The centerpiece of the park is the pond with a fountain in the middle and a viewing platform on one side. There are paved walkways that run throughout the park and cross the creek in several places.

Held at Nose Creek Park, the Airdrie Festival of Lights glows nightly during the month of December. Visitors can admire the sparkling displays on foot or aboard a miniature train. There's also an excellent line up of live music performances, children's activities, a Festival Idol competition, on-site refreshments, and Santa will be there too!
