Oxnard's family owned gym joined forces with Athlethic Physical Therapy to provide a multi-service facility offering both physical fitness and physical therapy. LA Workout has been in business for 23 years. This gym will offer aquatic therapy, personal training, Pilates, strength training and exercise classes. The indoor heated pool (90 degree) will be utilized for therapy and rehabilitation in addition to aquatic classes.
