DescriptionThe Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park is located roughly 100 mi (161 km) east of Tallahassee, Florida. Stephen Foster was a 19th century composer who is responsible for Old Folks at Home, a song that mentions the Suwannee River and has long been considered Florida's State Song. Working craftspeople can be seen at this park creating art in a traditional fashion. The museum and gift shop are open from 9am to 5pm daily.
